New Fall Schedule & Hot Yoga Harrisonburg Partnership

We’re excited to tell you about our brand new partnership with Hot Yoga Harrisonburg and to announce our new Fall 2017 Schedule!

Let’s start with Hot Yoga Harrisonburg. For years, folks have asked us if we offer Hot Yoga. We don’t because we don’t have the facilities or the teaching expertise to do so, and we’ve always pointed folks to Hot Yoga Harrisonburg, which is just a few blocks away. Starting effective Tuesday, September 5 and continuing until Wednesday, December 20, Shenandoah Yoga students who have current Unlimited Monthly or Unlimited Fall Semester yoga passes will be able to also take classes at Hot Yoga Harrisonburg at no additional cost using their Shenandoah Yoga Unlimited Yoga Passes. The opposite is also true – Hot Yoga Harrisonburg Unlimited Yoga Pass holders will be able to take classes at Shenandoah Yoga. We look forward to welcoming Hot Yoga Harrisonburg students to our classes!

Yoga for Cyclists

Yoga for Cyclists is back by popular demand! Join us on Tuesday evenings from 7:45-8:45 pm once each month this spring and summer. Learn how to use yoga to take care of your body, whether you like to ride around town, cruise the roads surrounding Harrisonburg or pedal miles and miles of our awesome local singletrack.

Please note the new day and time which lets you get in your post-work ride, grab a quick bite to eat AND come to yoga!

A great complement to cycling, yoga helps prevent and heal common cycling injuries, improves performance on a bike and reduces recovery time.

Each one-hour long class, taught by 11-time national cycling champion and former U.S. cycling national team member Sue George, will incorporate yoga postures for improving balance, building strength, increasing flexibility and developing better body and mind awareness.

The emphasis will be on increasing flexibility in the hips and legs, developing core strength, taking care of the low back, tending to the often neglected upper body and learning how to optimize recovery.

Drop in or use your regular class pass! Come to any single class or all of them. Pre-registration is encouraged, but optional.

Dates subject to change due to instructor travel. Please check our Mind Body Schedule to confirm dates ahead of your class.

March Madness Sale

Our popular March Madness Sale returns for another year. Save 25% off your next drop-in, 4X, 8X or 16X pass purchased online from Shenandoah Yoga any time through March 31, 2017. It’s so good that we only offer this level of discount once per year!

Any student – new, current or returning – is eligible to purchase a discounted pass online (https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=28269). Enter promo code “march2017″ (all small letters, without quotes) as you check out.

Save 25% off any of the following:

  • Drop-in pass – good for one class within one month of date of purchase.
  • 4X pass – good for up to 2 months from date of first use or August 31, 2017, whichever comes first.
  • 8X pass – good for up to 3 months from date of first use or August 31, 2017, whichever comes first.
  • 16X pass – good for up to 5 months from the date of purchase or August 31, 2017, whichever comes first.

If you have trouble applying the discount to your online purchase, please contact us, and we’ll help you out over the phone or by email. The discount does NOT apply to passes purchased in person at the studio.

THE FINE PRINT: All passes will expire by no later than August 31, 2017, no matter when they were activated or whether they have been used up – no excuses, no extensions!

New for 2017: We created a 16X pass (costs the same as two 8X passes) to simplify admin since Mind Body doesn’t love it when students have multiple passes at once. If you were thinking of purchasing two 8X passes per this sale, we strongly encourage you to purchase one 16X pass (it costs the same). Likewise, if you were thinking of purchasing two 4X passes, we encourage you to purchase one 8X pass (you’ll actually save money).
