Our new Shenandoah Yoga Fall 2018 schedule (below) takes effect on Tuesday, September 4 (the day after Labor Day) and runs through Wednesday, December 19, 2018. For classes between now and September 4 per the rest of our Summer Schedule, please consult our Mind Body online site.
5:30-7:00 pm – Hatha Yoga (Sue)
7:15-8:45 pm – Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Sue)
5:30-6:45 pm – Hatha Yoga (Rachel)
7:00-8:15 pm – Restorative Yoga & Meditation (Rachel)
9:00-10:15 am – Vinyasa Flow Yoga* (Sue)
10:30-11:30 am – Gentle Yoga* (Sue)
5:30-6:30 pm – Hatha Yoga (Sue)
6:45-7:45 pm – Prenatal Yoga* (Sue) (Held approx. twice per month)
7:00-8:30 pm – Free Community Yoga (Sue) (on 9/28)
7:00-8:30 pm – Free Community Yoga (Sue) (on 12/8)
6:00-7:15 pm – Donation Class: Gentle Hatha & Restorative Yoga** (Susan) (Perfect mix of gentle movement & restorative)
* indicates that classes are RSVP-type – you must sign up in advance by 9:00 pm the evening prior.
** This class is a donation class being taught by a newly trained and certified teacher who we are giving the opportunity to gain experience. The class is technically free, but we strongly suggest cash donations of $10 to help cover studio costs of supporting this class as we help develop more excellent yoga teachers in our community.
