Thanks to our ongoing partnership with the Shenandoah Mountain Bike Club, Shenandoah Yoga hosts classes in the upstairs of Shenandoah Bicycle Company, next to Dave's Taverna, at 135 South Main Street.

Directions downtown: 

From I-81 (points North, South & East of Harrisonburg), take exit 247 B for Route 33 West (toward downtown Harrisonburg).  Continue on Route 33 West for 1.5 miles to the intersection of Route 33 and Mason Street.  Turn left at the light onto Mason Street.  Take first right onto Water Street.  Cross Main Street at the traffic light and turn left into the parking garage.  Look for 2 hour or 10 hour free spots.  Walk east across Black Run's footbridge toward the large brick building with the Shenandoah Bicycle Company sign.  Go around toward Main street side of building and look for black door, above which is the Shenandoah Yoga sign, next to shop entrance.

From Route 33 West (points West of Harrisonburg), turn right on Route 42 South (High Street).  Take second left onto Bruce Street.  After first light, turn left into parking garage.  Look for 2 hour or 10 hour free spots.  Walk across Black Run's footbridge toward the large brick building with Shenandoah Bicycle Company sign.  Go around toward Main street side of building and look for black door, above which is the Shenandoah Yoga sign, next to shop entrance.
